Our transfers are meant to be used on completed physical products and thus cannot be resold as transfers.

To ensure a fast and accurate turnaround time, once an order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to your order.

Wholehearted Designs is not responsible for transfers that are used incorrectly or damages that can occur to your prints and garments while in your possession.

Trademark Statement: Buyers are responsible for ensuring they are complying with any trademark and copyright protections when using our designs and understanding that you publicly post at your own risk. We are not to be held responsible or liable for any legal implications that may occur to you or your business.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

In the event of a canceled order, a restock fee of 8% will be applied.

Defective Items:

We kindly request your to inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you have received a defective item, please contact Wholehearted Designs within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email, name and order number.

We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.

Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to Wholehearted Designs attempted.

Shipping Policy

Free shipping only applies to orders of $100 or more before tax and shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS

All apparel and DTF transfers are made to order. All items will be shipped according to their turnaround time unless our banner says otherwise. Our turnaround time fluctuates based on order volume. This does not include Saturday and Sunday as production days. If you have a special event that you need your order quickly for, please reach out and check current turnaround times before placing your order.

Please ensure that when you place an order, if you combine it with a product that has a longer turnaround time, then the turnaround time for your order is extended to allow time to fulfill the product with a longer turnaround time. If you would like to receive part of your order sooner, please place separate orders.

Insufficient or Incorrect Address:

In the unfortunate event that your order is returned to Wholehearted Designs due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided during checkout, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed to cover the shipping cost for us to reship the items. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly.

Shipping:

Please note that the shipping time you choose at checkout only applies to the shipping speed of your order. Our turnaround time remains the same, regardless of the shipping speed you select.

Wholehearted Designs is not responsible for any delays in delivery, lost, damaged, stolen, or marked delivered packages, we highly recommend you purchase extended insurance on every order to ensure you are protected.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.

All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

Duties and Taxes:

Any duties and taxes charged by the courier company for international orders are the customer's responsibility. Wholehearted Designs is not responsible for any customs & import taxes when shipping to other countries. If no tracking is chosen for USA or International, we are not responsible if the package has not arrived, or is marked delivered.
